A rare and unique opportunity! Tselina and SM Budennyi are THE top stud farms in Russia for this breed and they rarely sell their breeding stock! The NABHR will happily support anyone in the US who might choose to purchase and import one of these lovely lads.

Hello everyone, this letter was sent to VNIIK on October 14, 2018, and was published by them this week. It is an open letter addressing the plight of the endangered Budenny horses at First Cavalry Army Stud. While many of the elements of the letter were reproduced in this year's annual bulletin, I thought I would share the original source as well.
Here is the North American Budenny Horse Registry's Annual Bulletin for 2018. We are celebrating ten years of breed promotion. This issue discusses the current status of Budennies in the USA, our 2019 Board of Directors, recent news about the First Cavalry Army Stud in Russia, and new opportunities for AI (artificial insemination). Download the PDF for best quality and access to the links. Please enjoy!
Here is the NABHR's October Bulletin, with a summary of our 2017 population numbers, the current status of Budennies in the USA, promotional ideas for 2018, and a few of the obstacles facing us regarding the importation of horses from Russia. We will be discussing these topics and more on Saturday. Download the PDF for access to the links.
Don't forget about our 2nd Skype conference call! It's this Saturday, October 14th 2:00PM to 3:00PM (PST). Follow the instructions on our FB event page to join the conversation!
NABHR is happy to announce an international collaboration with Lotus Performance Horses to promote the Budenny horse.
